You can request to permanently delete your account via the app.

1. Login to your account on the Jible app
2. Go to profile
3. Preferences
4. Account management
5. In account management you can request for your account to be deleted. It will have a 24 hour delay before you can request again to confirm and your account will then be promptly deleted with all your saved data. You can cancel your account deletion at any time as long as only one confirmation has been given. We cannot recover a deleted account.

Disclaimer: This will remove your profile and your personal data from our service. It will not remove any of your anonymized user data that we’ve collected for analytics and AI model training.
